Extremely rude and condescending. Extremely expensive. Nothing more than legal extortion. Avoid if possible. Before they make some condescending reply, I did have permission to have my car where it was with the blown out tire. Caseys even gave me a traffic cone to put next to it. I get night shift may not have left a note for day shift. I still had permission. They tell my daughter they are open 24/7 but neglect to say you can only pick cars up during certain hours. I came after i was off work at 6pm. They wouldn't take my cash to get the car. They wanted that extra day. Since it's just cash, I doubt they are accurately reporting it.

No words to describe this place.
