Awful business practice, stealing people cars they know can't afford to get them out of there impound absolutely deplorably. They have no sympathy, they don't care all they want is your money. They will screw you over.

The worst towing in town, I waited 2-3 hours after calling in for work and it was ahead of time yet they still couldn’t get here in that amount of time. I had an appointment at 930 and missed it.
