I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. We tried for over a week to contact them to pick up our car that they they towed and no would answered nor returned our calls, after leaving several voicemails. When we were able to finally find someone at the office, the gentlemen was extremely rude and charged us a ridiculous storage fee when the reason why they had the vehicle for as long as they did was because they did not return our calls and were not in the office.
