I schedule pick up between 4 p.m. and 5 pm. At 4 p.m. Walmart send me a text that says your order will be at least 2 hours late. Why would you tell me at 4 that it's going to be 2 hours late? Why wouldn't you tell me that at 2 or 3?

Exceptional. I was looking for particular clothes and the employee went all the way into the back and found 3 color options for both shirt and pants. More people should be willing to do that. Huge shout out.
