Dishonest service. Beware! Don't try to book a trip with a party bus to go to Put-in-Bay on a summer weekend. The owner has been notified he is not to schedule trips on summer weekends because the ferries are full. When you ask him to accommodate you or refund you he will yell at you. I am a witness to the yelling on speaker phone and am writing this review at the time of the incident. He knowingly advertises what he cannot deliver. Then he proceeds to become irate and yells rather than taking accountability. Horrible customer service.

I just have to say that even tho Covid completely messed my big day up Heather was truly a god scent helping me in every way she could! At the end of the day Brandon came through and helped me out. I would recommend and definitely be using in the future! Thank you so much for all your help!
