Disorganized check in process. Checking in online did nothing and I was unclear as to what I should do beyond that. They also make everyone describe why they are there in the waiting room before being seen, for everyone to hear. For that reason I walked out before I had the chance to be seen.

First of all, I want to mentioned the fact that I’m the type of person to try to leave the best review in every kind of services, and without a doubt, I thought I would experience a kind and welcoming atmosphere here most of other places …

Dr. Natalia is wonderful. Xray tech Rachel is also amazing. Those are very receptive to your needs as the patient. Dr. Natalia went out of her way to find a short boot to fit my foot versus the one all the way up to the knee. I really appreciated that.
