Walmart Supercenter

I placed an order for in-store pickup to save time. It did not. My order was placed before 1pm for same-day pickup—notification of "ready for pick up" came after 11pm. Store greeters were rude. I approached 3 young female employees in yellow vests & greeted them with a friendly, “How are y’all?” Not a single response—blank stares & a bit of head roll from one. I said I was there for a pick-up & didn’t know where to go. One of them pointed & said, “Down there where the sign say, ‘Pick-up.’” None offered any more assistance. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF SIGNS HANGING IN WALMART! I asked another unfriendly yellow-vest woman for help. She took me to the area but couldn’t help any more than that. Another CUSTOMER showed me what to do. The attendant, Amir, was working alone, but he was courteous. I thanked him for that. Still, I was there ≈15-20 min. before receiving my item. The process is slow, & most of the staff I interacted with was awful. I'll never use this "service" or shop here again.

This is your typical Walmart. What I like about this one is that they are almost on stock for everything, hence the name Supercenter. Also, it's organized and clean. It's not 24 hours because really it's Atlanta. I understand that. I found 24 hours Walmarts outside Atlanta and it turns out to be convenient. Plenty of parking space. I don't think there'll be a time where this Walmart is full with no parking spots left. I don't however see many check out lines open when it's crowded inside. But self check-out makes my visit smooth, quick and short. Prices are reasonable and very close to what you get in wholesale markets.

Omg just ghetto and unprofessional. Staff talking slick and don't want to be there. Long lines and no structure at all.
