Staff refuse to help with simple tasks, pawning you to someone else. Online pickup is unreliable here. If you know what you want, just go in and grab it and use self checkout to get out quickly.

Encountered 3 rude employees at the car check out, and the customer service. It cant be coincidence that all the employees that I interacted were rude; hence, my 2 star review.

Nice new organized store with just about everything anyone could need or want. Some cashiers are very slow and don't seem to have any interest In going faster. I'm not a fan of the produce because everything seems to expire quicker than produce from other grocery stores. The meat department is ok. You'll find all of the basics but if you need an experienced butcher go see David at Albertsons on zia and St Francis. He's the best in Santa fe. Walmart, in my opinion (I could be wrong) doesn't do a whole lot of butchering and most likely gets everything shipped to them frozen and prepackaged. I don't have any experience with the pharmacy but I can say I don't ever see a big line like the local walgreens stores. The selection of medicines seems to be on part and priced right. This Walmart has a nice selection of health and beauty products. There is a jewelry counter but I haven't purchased any jewelry from this Walmart. They seem to have a decent selection of wine and a very subpar selection of beer. If you like local beer or craft beer, this is not the place to shop. Liquor stock is basic. The deli seems to be well stocked with food ready to eat and meats/cheeses to be sliced and packaged for sale. All other food departments seem adequate to me. Electronics is exactly what you'd find at any Walmart. There's a big hunting/camping section but I haven't shopped it personally. This Walmart had a decent variety of plants and gardening supplies and equipment. I also find the tools, and building hardware section to be adequate. The paint section is big enough but I don't find much customer service in this area. The automotive section could use some work. I find that what I'm looking for, for my vehicle usually isn't in Stock. Clothing selection is decent for a Walmart. You can't purchase lottery tickets at this location. This location does sell tobacco products. This location recently added self checkout to speed things up. They do have redbox for movie and game rentals. Overall, it's a decent store but they could finely tune some area's and make it a great store. There's lots of parking but some of the better parking spots are closed off for storage and sales of soil, bricks and other stuff alike. This location does have a drive thru pharmacy but I haven't used it. You'll find donation bins in the parking lot for slightly used clothing and items that can be sold by another company (I think big Brothers big sisters is the charity. I like this location much more than the older location in Santa fe.
