Did the grocery pickup and they emailed that there were 24 items out of stock. Upon entering the store, all 24 items that were "out of stock" were actually in stock. Then it took 30+ minutes for them to send out the items that were "in stock."
What should have taken a total of 5 minutes, took over 90+ minutes.

3 stars because its a nice convenient store to visit and close to home for me everything is well organized but their downfall is employees some seem like they have no idea what they are doing and others are extremely rude and they wear a yellow vest . other than that a very good store to visit

Customer service dept is horrible. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Don't talk to people like they're stupid or ignorant. I work in the service industry and know what service is supposed to look like. This wasn't it.
