I don't like that they have self check out yet they ask you for your receipt. If you wanted us to do your job, then you should trust us to do it.

The pick up is ATROCIOUS!!!! Every time I do a pick up I have to wait 15 minutes or longer. Today I am at over 45 minutes because their app did not go through for whatever reason. This is unbelievably adorable service!!!!!
