Walmart Supercenter

Ghetto. People approaching customers in parking lot soliciting and no security. I visited the money center. The employees were laughing and talking amongst each other, there seemed to be no supervision, and there was a very long line. I called to speak to a manager while in the store regarding this matter. No one answered my call as I watched a manager and two other employees just standing at a register area laughing and talking outside the money center. I approached the manager while phone still ringing. I told him about my experience. He didn't seem to care about addressing the issue or valuing me as a customer. It is for reasons such as this I will travel further from the community where I'll receive better service. I won't spend my time and money for disrespect.

It need to be fully stocked. I seen employees walking around doing both nothing and playing.

This has to be the worst Wal-Mart store in Chicago, I will never shop at this location again, the employees have no since of professionalism the employees they gather in small groups having conversations that have nothing to do with work, the customer service area is a joke there's always only one register open in customer service there's always 4 to 5 overstock shopping carts in customer service some employees act as though they rather be anywhere other than work. Bottom line, this Wal-Mart is not very good, this store needs an overhaul from top to bottom.
