Walmart Supercenter

The worst Walmart ever. (And that's saying a lot.) First off, it's filthy. I had the urge to immediately take a shower when I left. Products are often just heaped up wherever, so you can't find which price tag belongs to what product, and many price tags are ripped off the shelf anyway. I asked an employee a question, she shrugged and mumbled "I don't know," and walked away. I've been there 2 or 3 times out of desperation when I needed something Target didn't carry, and my experience has been similar each time. Also, Be careful in the parking lot, as there have been multiple shootings and stabbings there over the last couple of years.

First, the cashier kept talking with the customer before us. As a result, we have to wait longer than usual. Second, the cashier greeted the previous two customers but not us. Third, the cashier’s scanner gun was not working but didn’t get it fixed. As a result, she helped us carried the water pack up but did it very reluctantly and ended up breaking the package with bottled water scattered everywhere. We tried to carry the energy drinks package up, so that she didn’t have to do the heavy lifting, but she asked us to carry them back to the cart after we had carried them up to the stand top. We did carry them back down. Then she carried the package up by herself but broke the package again. I’m wondering, if the scanner gun is not working, she should let the supervisor know immediately. If she doesn’t was to carry heavy stuff up, she can communicate with us and we can take a picture of the bar code for her. However, she didn’t communicate but did it carelessly. In conclusion, she might discriminate us because we are not the same race as hers. She seems to be very nice with the customer with her same race. I’m really upset with this experience and let the staff at the door know. Even if she’s not the same race as us, she treated us nicely and tried to settle this with the cashier. However, we were in a hurry, so we didn’t wait for a settlement but gave Walmart a bad rate on this survey. We have been shopping at Walmart for a very long time, and it’s our sole grocery store. After this experience, we might shop at other grocery stores more often.
